The space
Little Falu is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, tucked away in Tassie bush — providing the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility.

We have great Wi-Fi reception, which you can use to make internet calls. However, if you want a break from your phone ringing, this is the place, as phone coverage is patchy.

Our bathroom is well equipped with a shower, a medium-sized bath and a flushing toilet.

There are skylights in the loft so that you can stargaze from the comfort of your bed.

In the kitchen, we supply pantry basics like loose-leaf teas, coffee, hot chocolate, a range of spices, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For coffee, you can choose a French press or a stovetop. There's a 2-plate gas cooker, a full-sized oven and a bar fridge. The nearest major supermarket (Woolworths) is 35 minutes away in Scottsdale.

We're on a septic system, and we also care a lot about using only natural and organic products so that they're friendly for the environment and for you.

You're in a natural bush setting and likely to see some friendly wildlife in the evening. Take care driving at night, and please do not feed native animals human food.
Guest access
Little Falu is all yours. Onsite parking is available, with access to the tiny home via a key safe. Our plot is on a small street with four quiet and friendly neighbours.

You’re 15 minutes from the township of Derby, where you can enjoy various restaurants and pubs.

The shed on the property isn't accessible to guests. We use it for housekeeping and maintenance. It's also cute to look at.
Additional notes
Please note Little Falu isn’t suitable for children or pets due to the delicate and unique nature of its furnishings and design.

Our loft bed is accessed by a ladder. If you have mobility issues, this property may not be suitable for you.
